Has this happened to anyone else? I also have had this happen with one of the Silver shade v06.

you'll have to google translate it, the topic is HERE.
Some of us didn't have any problems, some did, it's really a random problem though recurring. Using flash, focus and/or some other possibilities offered by the camera may cause that problem.
We called it here the damnation of Spectra![]()
The fact you had also that problem with new Silver shade films is that Impossible is using old Polaroid batteries they have got back from them.
They announced that the next generations of films would be sold with new batteries with increased power, as well as with a recycling programme for those batteries.
swkitt wrote:All the new impossible films are now delivered with a black battery, stamped with an Impossible logo, and those are very powerful.
They are also setting up a replacement program for batteries so that they can recycle the energy when your pack is done. It will be announced in a few days

Those will last forever... they are supposed to be at least 5 times more powerfull than the original ones.
bimo wrote:As it was said in this topic by Swkitt, we've heard here in the forum that Impossible had started to replace old Polaroid batteries by new ones, that will last longer and that can be recycled :
